Translation Project Manager with French (remote) (19.10.2022)
We now have a new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with good customer service and sales skills to support our Paris team remotely. You’ll be managing a portfolio of French international key clients and will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and further develop business with your clients. The management of translation and localisation projects from quotation stage to final invoicing is also required. The Project Manager is responsible for liaising with the production team on the client’s requirements and for providing the best and innovative solutions to the client.
We are looking for a Project Manager with French to native standard. Good English skills are also required. Proven experience as a Translation Project Manager of at least 1 year is essential. The successful candidate should hold a degree in translation studies, modern languages or similar. You should share our passion for language and delivering a high-quality service.

Localisation Engineer (freelance, remote) (16/10/2022)
We now have a new opportunity for a Localisation Engineer to support our busy teams across Europe. As a leading translation services company, we use a broad number of translation industry applications for processing translation files and improving the productivity of the translation process.
Responsibilities include
- Preparing tagged file formats for translation in CAT (Computer Aided Translation) tools, in particular Trados and Memsource
- Post-processing of translated files
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing
- File format conversion
- Analysis and review of CMS applications for website translation
The Localisation Engineer is responsible for liaising with the Project Management team on the client’s requirements and for supporting our teams in providing the best and innovative solutions to the client.
Skills and experience required for this role:
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with Trados and preferably Memsource
- Practical knowledge of markup formats such as XML and HTML
- Good knowledge of JSON, CSV and XLIFF
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Willingness to learn new skills

WordPress developer (16/10/2022), freelance
The role
We now have an opportunity for a WordPress developer with good customer service skills to join our team. As a WordPress specialist you manage varied WordPress and WPML localisation projects for our clients from initial consultancy and quotation stage to final sign-off. Work on other CMSs such as Drupal or Sitecore may also be required. You are responsible for liaising with our international key clients and their technical teams on their website localisation requirements and for providing the best innovative solutions to our clients. In addition, you prepare web content for our linguists and carry out subsequent integration of the translations. Setting up continuous localisation workflows for WordPress sites or other CMSs may be required.
We are looking for a WordPress developer with English to native standard with at least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role. You should share our passion for delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
Key attributes for this post are:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience in working with PHP and MySQL
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and WordPress plugins, especially WPML
- Experience in creating custom WordPress templates
