The Translation People Provides Interpreters for Civicus World Assembly

TTP congratulated on their professionalism

The Translation People, a leading language translation company with a global network of translation experts, today announced the successful conclusion of their interpreting assignment for the recent CIVICUS World Assembly in Glasgow, which took place from 21 to 25 June 2006 organised by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations.

The Translation People’s Glasgow office was commissioned to provide 17 professional French, Spanish and German interpreters for the event, which was attended by over 800 delegates to interpret at meetings, workshops and seminars for the conference and associated side events.

Eva Rehse, Project Co-ordinator for the SCVO congratulated The Translation People on their professionalism:

“For an international event of this significance, it is vital to show a multilingual profile, to enable people to express themselves in their own language. The CIVICUS World Assembly would not have been the success it was without the contribution of The Translation People, who delivered a professional and flexible service.”

About the CIVICUS World Assembly
