We are delighted to introduce Karen Rennie, who joined the Glasgow office as an Account Manager in December. Karen recently returned from Stuttgart where she worked for 4 years as a Senior Technical Translator for a company specialising in IT and SAP translation.

Sam Bennett, Manager of our Glasgow office commented, “Karen’s expertise in translation from German to English as well as her experience in account management make her a valuable asset to the team.”

An honours graduate from the University of Glasgow (MA in German and Russian), Karen also has a postgraduate MA (with Distinction) in Technical and Specialised Translation from the University of Westminster. Fluent in French, German and Russian, she also has a reading knowledge of Dutch and Czech.

Karen’s background includes full-time roles in translation and account management so she is ideally suited to her new role which will involve undertaking translations from German to English as well as her account management duties.
