Roevin presents award at Aston University

A new award, sponsored by Roevin Translation Services, was presented at Aston University this month to recognise outstanding achievement in the field of translation studies. The winner of the “Excellence in Translation” prize was Matthias Fersterer, who was recently awarded a Masters with distinction in Translation in a European Context. Christina Schaeffner, Director of Translation Studies at Aston, said “Matthias has consistently produced excellent work and fully deserves the prize”. Matthias, a native German speaker, moves to Brittany next month where he has secured a position as a staff translator.
