Alan White, Manager of our Manchester branch, recently took part in the Tesco 10k run for Cancer Research at Tatton Park, Cheshire. Despite torrential rain he completed the race in approximately one hour and five minutes and raised over £150 for Cancer Research.

After the run, Alan commented, “There was a great atmosphere, despite the rain, and all the spectators who cheered us on really gave us a lift. It’s really nice to contribute to a good cause while enjoying yourself and keeping fit. It’s also nice to know that I can still make 10K despite the years creeping up!”
