Technical Authoring

Our Technical Authors have extensive experience within a wide range of industries and are available to work on- or off-site, are able to provide manuals in any format you require from hard copy to SGML/XML.

Our Authors are also experienced in the use of controlled languages such as Simplified English which ensures consistency of terminology and eliminates ambiguity. Our experience enables us to look at existing documentation and, if necessary, give expert advice on how it could be improved. An extensive quality management process is in place throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Technical Illustration

Our technical illustration department offers a wide range of illustrations including 3D colour cutaways and 2D exploded views, in packages such as Isodraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad and Form Z. We can also import from CAD systems such as Pro-Engineer and export to all known file types.

Technical Translation

If your product is sold overseas, once the English versions of your documents have been completed, our translation division can provide a fast, accurate translation into any language.
